2010. Or otherwise knows as… the endless OMGWTFBBQ. Many amazing things happened this year for me…I climbed a mountain in Montreal. Sang on the Pearl Theater stage in Vegas. Had breakfast in Batman’s Bedroom in Chicago. It’s been one heck of a ride, i’ve gone from seven months of unemployment to starting up my own company, Head of Lettuce Media.
I’ve survived riots, tornadoes, car crashes… most of all, i’ve survived myself this year. My doubts, my fears, my vices and my inner struggles. All these seemingly negative things… I have realized, pushed me to make a needed change in my life, and because of these risks I took. I can say it has brought amazing people and experiences into my life.
Never let anyone tell you your path of happiness is wrong…no matter if it’s in love, work, career, where you live or the decisions you make. Only you can truly understand your reasons.
Take your time, think it out, find inspiration, work hard, have passion and treat people well. You’ll see your dreams coming true, don’t give up… all good things take time and tears.
Goodbye 2010.
