I get asked all the time about the Klaus Nomi painting that I have in Destructo HQ. It was a birthday gift from a very special gal I know by the name of RazorCandi. Tampa Bay native Kym a.k.a Razorcandi, has been an inspiration to many and to myself as well. Her style is incredibly versatile, and can go from an elegant Annie Lennox esque pose to an alieneque diva to a death rock mohawk in less than 24 hours. Following her heart, she moved a few years ago to Romania (wow!) and since then she’s become an international alternative model featured in magazine such as Bizzare and Gothic Magazine and she’s also quite the artist as well. Update 12/29/09: Thank you for all the great feedback on these photos. So far our greatest lead is the photographer is possibly Cecil Stoughton who was JFK’s personal photographer and lived/died in FL in his later years. I have also contacted the JFK library for further information.

Today Mr. D and I were at our favorite thrift store and we stumbled upon a collection of 8×10 original archival photos from CBS featuring design manager Lou Dorfsman (He branded CBS and designed the eye) many of the photos were labeled with “My boss Lou Dorfsman” and seemed to be of CBS staff.  Then further on down the pile I stopped as my jaw dropped at the sight of President John F. Kennedy doing what seems to be an interview, many of these are candid shots printed on 8×10 with archival numbers scratched on the back in pencil.

How many people do you know tweet naked?

Oh come on now, it’s not what it sounds like. Even though, I am pretty convinced that behind those little pixelated avatars that many of you are what I would like to call “Winnie The Pooh” sans pants while you are tweeting.

Tweeting naked is not about the lack of clothes, it’s about one’s ability to be able to communicate with other people on twitter without limits.

People who “tweet naked” are free-spirits who take a no-holds barred approach to twitter.  They don’t sell you pitches or talk about sandwiches, they tell you like it really is and they show who they really are… no, if ands or butts about it.
